These Terms govern your use of the RangeKeeper mobile application and related services (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
RangeKeeper is a personal record-keeping tool for sport shooters and hunters. It is not legal advice and does not replace official licensing, safety training, or compliance obligations in your jurisdiction.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws when using the Service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of data you enter (guns, sessions, photos, notes, etc.). You grant us only the rights needed to store, sync, and display that data back to you through the Service.
4. Subscriptions
Paid features, if offered, are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds and cancellations follow the store’s policies. Pricing and trial terms are shown before purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RangeKeeper and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
